1. I’m working my way up to eating over 1800 a day (slowly, but it’ll happen)
2. I had 182 grams of protein today!!!! Yuuuussss. 
3. I have no idea what to do with my face when taking selfies. 
4. Was able to bench 7 reps of 95 lbs and my shoulder seems to be holding up okay. Hopefully I can keep my shoulder healthy so that I can begin going for some PR’s soon.
